Communication with customers goes digital
From a single order to the implementation of comprehensive Digital Signage in the entire chain of restaurants.
Pasibus is a chain of restaurants, where we started the implementation by designing dedicated kiosks for self-ordering in 2021/2022. Now we also deliver menuboards, KDS (Kitchen Display System) and tests of new display are underway.
CHALLENGE
Designing and implementing self-ordering kiosks, which will distinguish the chain from the market and will fit in with the design of existing and planned restaurants.
SOLUTION
Preparation of kiosk prototypes in a one-sided, two-sided, hanging, wall-mounted and countertop version.
The prototypes were accepted “on the spot”, and then the production of the target batch for 29 restaurants and their implementation began.
We also started analyzing and prototyping board menus for whole chain.
RESULTS
Satisfaction with the supplied self-ordering kiosks made the client decide to comprehensively implement Digital Signage solutions: menuboards, monitors and computers to display the status of customer orders, as well as monitors and computers with dedicated KDS (Kitchen Display System) housings. He also decided to test digital displays monitors.
Kiosks have already been implemented in 29 outlets, menuboards that we built from seamless monitors (such as those used for video walls) in the first 5 restaurants and we are still working on the next ones.
